Deb is a compassionate psychologist who believes in a client-centred approach to therapy.
Developing a strong and safe therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of her practice. She enjoys
working collaboratively with clients to understand their concerns and adapt therapy to meet their
needs. Deb is passionate about utilising evidence-based approaches to empower clients to grow and
thrive.

Deb’s educational background includes a Master of Clinical Psychology. She has experience working
within the private and public sector, treating a variety of mental health conditions, including trauma,
obsessive-compulsive disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, interpersonal challenges, and
existential concerns. She utilises a variety of techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
Schema Therapy (ST), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and draws from experience working with clients individually and within groups.

 

Deb works 2pm-8 Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 8am to 2pm Thursdays at the Essendon location and 9-5 on Saturdays at the Carlton location.
