Jessica is a Clinical Psychologist with a Masters of Psychology (Clinical). Jessica is warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental striving to achieve a safe and supportive environment to assist individuals achieve their goals; utilising a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Schema Therapy to empower individuals. Further, Jessica provides cognitive and personality assessment for children and adults using a range of assessment tools.
Jessica has clinical experience in individual and group therapy for individuals across the lifespan. She has worked within hospital, community mental health, and private practice settings and is passionate about working with individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, personality disorders, trauma, and developmental difficulties such as ASD and ADHD. In her work with children, Jessica believes in collaboratively working with families to develop strategies to support their child’s needs.
Jessica is registered with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.
Jessica is responsible for group and assessment coordination.
Jessica works Mondays 2-8pm and Tuesdays to Thursdays from 7am to 2pm. She is at the Essendon location.
