Rose has completed a Masters in clinical psychology and has a supportive, compassionate and takes a person-centred approach with her clients. Rose has experience in private practice and school settings. It is important to Rose to be genuine in therapy and to establish a trusting and supportive environment for clients. She believes that effective therapy adapts to the individual.

Rose’s approach involves developing insight and understanding around the difficulties a person is facing. She works with individuals to set shared goals, develop practical solutions to their problems, and work alongside them to create a rich and meaningful life. Rose employs a variety of evidence-based techniques, including Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Rose works with adults, adolescents, and children, and has experience working with a variety of presentations including anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, trauma, and ADHD. 

Rose works at the Essendon location on Wednesday evenings 2-8, Thursdays and Fridays from 9-6pm.
