Brief Introduction to Schema Therapy with Dr Rita Younan and Ms Ruth Holt
This workshop aims to give people a brief introduction to the conceptual model in Schema Therapy and the clinical interventions found in the approach. Through the use of a case study by the end of the workshop attendees should be familiar with the following:
- What a Schema Is
- What a Mode is and the four Categories of Modes
- How to use Schema Therapy to Conceptualise a Case and Formulate for Treatment Planning
- Schema Therapy key interventions, including Limited Reparenting, Imagery Rescripting and Mode Dialogues
- Training is experiential in nature in order to experience interventions and consolidate learning.
This workshop is being hosted by ANNABELLE PSYCHOLOGY whom are located in Singapore.

The workshop will be held on Friday November the 20th at 9am to 12.30pm (AEST).
This workshop is a good way to learn about Schema Therapy and decipher whether it is an approach that you would like to learn more about and do further training without having to over commit!
Rita and Ruth are both Clinical Psychologists and Advanced Schema Therapist Supervisor – Trainers. Rita is certified in both Individual and Group Schema Therapy; Ruth in both Individual and Couples Schema Therapy. Both Rita and Ruth have delivered Schema Therapy certificatioin training throughout Australia and recently have delivered certification training online, due to COVID with success. Rita and Ruth both have a private practice and provide Schema Therapy treament to their patients, ensuring their training is clinically relevant and current.
